• Children under 2 years old: Free of charge.
• Children aged 2 to under 6 years: Charged 25% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 6 to under 12 years: Charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.

Please Note:

• Child rates apply to a maximum of one child sharing the parents’ room.
• If the package includes domestic flights, sleeper trains, or other transportation services, additional child supplements may apply.

• If the tour includes domestic flights, ferry tickets, train tickets, or any additional transportation services, extra charges for children may apply.

• Official check in time at hotel is around 14:00 – 15:00 – check out time at hotels 12:00.
• Check out from cruise is around  08:00
• We do not check the availability of accommodation when planning your trip, but we check Once you booked.
• If the mentioned hotel or Cruise is not available, the company has the right to change to any Cruise, as long as it is of same category and inform you before book it.

• Upon confirmation, you make a 50% down payment and the balance (50%) should be paid 35 days prior to arrival.
• Kindly note that you have 48 hours to pay the balance on the required date, otherwise, the company will have the right to cancel the reservation automatically and the 50% is non- refundable in this case.

  Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment. If there is no Refund/cancellation will be clearly communicated to avoid disputes. In the event of an error transaction during checkout, a refund will normally be issued to the same credit card. credit used for the original purchase.
