These Terms & Conditions govern all tours and travel services provided by Egypt Mini Trip Travel
Agency . By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 50 days
before arrival. Payments via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
2. Changes & Cancellations
Changes will be accommodated when possible. Cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
3. Liability
Egypt Mini Trip acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for acts of third parties or force
majeure events. Our liability is limited to the total paid for booked services.
4. Travel Insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and
lost luggage

Cancellation Fee ( 15% of total tour price)
Refund( 85% refund) - Days Before Arrival(59 – 31 days)
Cancellation Fee ( 25% of total tour price)
Refund(75% refund) - Days Before Arrival(30 – 15 days)
Cancellation Fee ( 50% of total tour price)
Refund( 50% refund) - Days Before Arrival(14 days or fewer / No-show)
Cancellation Fee (100% of total tour price)
Refund( No refund) - The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days to
the original payment method
